Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                               
House consider the Senate message (page 2598) on the following:                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 125(FIN)                                                                                              
    "An Act relating to budget planning and a fiscal plan for the State                                                         
    of Alaska."
